    Your trainers will go through the onboarding process

    Your trainers will spend five days with Mindworx’s consumer psychology experts. Beyond learning the science, they’ll also learn to effectively teach these insights to your sales team—ensuring lasting impact.

    We’ll provide them with ready-to-use materials for both online and in-person delivery, including presentations, exercises, gamification tools, certificates, and more.

    Train as many salespeople as you’d like

    After onboarding, your trainers will be certified for 12 months and ready to teach consumer psychology to your sales team. We’ll help them prepare for their first training sessions to ensure a smooth start.
    During the 12 months, they’ll stay connected with the Licensed Trainer Community, receiving regular support and engaging with other trainers for insights.

    Decide whether to extend your trainers’ license

    After 12 months, you’ll decide whether to renew your trainers’ license. If you do, they will keep getting the latest insights and remain connected with the Licensed Trainer Community to support their ongoing growth.
