What is the structure of the program?
The program is divided into 3 stages: certification, license, delivery & growth.
During certification stage (4 days), you’ll experience the SURF™ Method training as a participant, learn the framework through four practical modules, and gain a deep, working understanding of the methodology.
In the license stage (3 days) you’ll receive the complete trainer toolkit to deliver the training confidently, either in person or online. You’ll also learn how to position, market, and sell the training successfully.
In the last stage – delivery & growth (ongoing) – you begin delivering the training with real clients. You’ll join monthly expert group calls and be part of an active community of licensed trainers.

How do you handle different time zones?
We carefully tailor the onboarding schedule based on participant locations. In the last cohort, we successfully managed trainers from the US, Europe, and Sri Lanka. No matter where you are, we ensure the timing works for you.
